Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for the security of your credentials, and for the actions of users you invite into your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Moyan MBAS to send unlawful messaging, to store data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access another tenant's workspace.

4. Third-party credentials

Integrations run on keys you supply. Your use of those providers remains governed by their own terms, and their charges are billed to you directly.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period; usage above your plan's limits may be restricted.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance through the notification centre.

7. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where lawful.

8. Liability

Moyan MBAS is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
